We may seem like one of the newest digital banks in Australia, but did you know we’re actually 37 years old? You might be thinking ‘But doesn’t that mean you were around before the internet was invented?’. Well, yes, that is technically true BUT while we were waiting for the internet to be created, we weren’t sitting around twiddling our thumbs… we were working on perfecting the banking experience!

Thankfully the internet arrived, and the world is now ready for the next evolution in banking, which we are more than happy to provide. Using our banking knowledge, we’ve created a digital banking experience never before seen in Australia.

Whilst becoming a digital bank, the BNK team focused on one simple idea – using technology to better the customer experience. This means removing outdated processes from a bygone era and improving on services that customers actually value.
